Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after each shift.
- Maintain a professional and safe driving record by adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.
- Utilize a mobile app for navigation, tracking, and customer notifications.
- Assist in loading and unloading packages, ensuring items are secure and undamaged.
- Accurately handle cash and digital payments or obtain digital signatures.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for use with the company app.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
