Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely using dollies and hand trucks.
- Follow assigned GPS routes and adhere to delivery time windows.
- Ensure all deliveries are made with care to maintain a 99% on-time rate.
- Interact professionally with customers and handle routine inquiries.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Update delivery status in the tracking system accurately.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and a customer-focused attitude.
