Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to customers throughout San Jose and surrounding areas
- Operate company vehicles responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Load/unload deliveries with care, ensuring items remain undamaged during transit
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update delivery status in real-time via mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions, including order confirmations and issue resolution
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
