Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial addresses using company-provided vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain accurate delivery records through mobile app scanning and documentation
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Excellent customer service communication skills
- Reliable transportation to/from Virginia Beach depot
- Flexible availability for morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts
