Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout NYC
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Inspect and maintain assigned delivery vehicle for optimal safety and performance
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and challenges
- Assist with loading and unloading packages as required
Qualifications
- No prior driving or delivery experience required – we provide full training!
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to operate smartphone apps for navigation and package tracking
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
