Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to designated locations within Boston and surrounding areas
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation systems to meet delivery time windows
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status and exceptions to dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record
