Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations within designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and any issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations using proper lifting techniques
- Represent the company professionally with exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to and from the starting point
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
- No prior delivery experience necessary (training provided)
