Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods throughout Long Beach and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions and address customer inquiries
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and inventory management when needed
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no DUI/DWI in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using our delivery app
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
