Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers within designated New Orleans neighborhoods
- Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws
- Verify order accuracy and provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and challenges
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery time windows and maximize customer satisfaction
- Complete daily vehicle inspection reports and basic maintenance checks
- Assist with inventory management and order preparation during non-peak hours
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone literacy for navigation and order tracking
- Strong communication skills and friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned depot location
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires!
