Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and cargo to residential and commercial addresses in Omaha, NE.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle for cleanliness and ensure it is fully stocked with supplies before each shift.
- Obtain valid signatures and verify delivery details to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers throughout the delivery process.
- Fuel the vehicle regularly and perform basic pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo to ensure safe transport.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License (Class C or CDL Class A/B preferred).
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and pushing packages weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging apps.
- Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with the public.
