Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to customers within designated NYC zones
- Operate company-provided electric vehicles with proper care and adherence to traffic laws
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic safety checks
- Use mobile app to track deliveries and communicate with dispatch
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license required
- Must be 21+ years old with clean driving record
- No prior delivery experience necessary - full training provided
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of NYC boroughs and navigation
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
