Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food items to customers within designated Omaha metropolitan routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer documentation using our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Represent the company professionally through appearance and communication
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year licensed)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation and app usage
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to and from depot location
