Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles following traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Load, secure, and unload packages with care and efficiency
- Plan optimal routes to meet delivery deadlines and minimize fuel consumption
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team
