Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across Los Angeles County
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and handle delivery inquiries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and organizing inventory in the delivery vehicle
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Los Angeles geography
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capabilities and data plan
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service mindset
