Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries using provided GPS technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with warehouse duties when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license (Class C or higher)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of San Diego neighborhoods
