Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages, documents, and goods to customers within designated Seattle routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery window targets
- Support warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for our delivery app
- Strong time management and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- No prior delivery experience required – we train!
