Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across Portland
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving record (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Reliable transportation to and from our Portland hub
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
