Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in San Jose and the surrounding Bay Area.
- Verify and record delivery information and handle returns or exceptions professionally.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle before and after each shift to ensure cleanliness and proper mechanical function.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy for logging delivery information.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
