Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Austin metro area during the night shift.
- Practice exceptional time management to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, handling payments and signatures as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the delivery vehicle (if applicable).
- Utilize delivery management software to update order status and navigate efficiently.
- Ensure the security of all packages during transit and upon delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app-based tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
