Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food and packages to customers within designated New Orleans areas
- Verify order accuracy and maintain pristine customer service standards
- Optimize routes using GPS technology while adhering to traffic laws
- Handle cash transactions and maintain daily delivery logs
- Perform vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and order management
- Strong knowledge of New Orleans neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
