Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial customers within the Minneapolis metro area.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by ensuring packages are handled with care and delivered on time.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Accurately handle paperwork and electronic delivery confirmation devices.
- Resolve any delivery issues or customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 7 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with GPS systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
