Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to designated addresses in the Minneapolis metro area.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring all items are handled with care and placed securely in the delivery vehicle.
- Verify delivery contents against order tickets to ensure accuracy.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, resolving any delivery issues immediately.
- Utilize GPS navigation systems to plan the most efficient routes and manage time effectively.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or damages to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong sense of time management and punctuality.
- Proficiency with smartphones and delivery apps (e.g., Google Maps, on-board software).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
