Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses in Milwaukee and surrounding areas.
- Professional interaction with customers, ensuring friendly and accurate service.
- Operating delivery vehicles efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Performing daily vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and cleaning to ensure readiness.
- Using handheld delivery devices to manage orders, logs, and payment processing.
- Handling returns and managing proof of delivery documentation accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency for GPS navigation and order management.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and flexible to work weekends or holidays.
