Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods throughout Milwaukee metropolitan area
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency and punctuality
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and handle inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using our digital tracking system
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and update status in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Proven experience in delivery, transportation, or route-based customer service
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee streets and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly and operate in various weather conditions
