Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages and supplies to residential and commercial addresses using company vehicles
- Maintain strict adherence to delivery time windows and route optimization protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address customer inquiries professionally
- Perform daily vehicle safety checks and maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles
- Utilize GPS technology and route planning apps for efficient navigation
- Accurately process cashless payments and manage order documentation
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and optimize routes
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience with commercial vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs during deliveries
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee metropolitan area neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills under pressure
- Must pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
- Smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps and communication tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
