Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages and documents to designated addresses in Miami and surrounding areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling packages with care and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, adhering to strict schedules and route plans.
- Inspect vehicles daily for cleanliness and mechanical issues, reporting any maintenance needs immediately.
- Process all delivery paperwork and digital logs accurately using our proprietary mobile app.
- Resolve delivery exceptions or customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Uphold the company's safety policies and traffic laws at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic knowledge of Miami geography and traffic patterns is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to use a company-provided smartphone for navigation and dispatch updates.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
