Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Mesa and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for high-value shipments
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery issues professionally
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and maintain organized vehicle inventory
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent commercial driving background
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Positive attitude and commitment to representing our brand professionally
- Pass background check and drug screening (required for employment)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
