Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to designated addresses in Mesa and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure accident-free driving.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and handling packages with care.
- Utilize company-provided mobile app for navigation, dispatch, and payment tracking.
- Inspect delivery vehicle for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after each shift.
- Collect payments or secure proof of delivery signatures when required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable access to a smartphone with data and a reliable vehicle (or availability to use company vehicle).
- Basic math skills for handling cash and change.
- Strong time management skills to meet delivery windows.
- Physical stamina to lift boxes and stand for extended periods.
