Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages within Louisville metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure roadworthiness and compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and timeliness
- Handle package sorting, loading/unloading with care
- Report mechanical issues and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Louisville streets and surrounding areas
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in using GPS navigation systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
