Responsibilities
- Safe Delivery: Transport packages to designated addresses safely and efficiently using your personal vehicle.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service by communicating professionally with customers and handling package handling with care.
- Route Management: Utilize mobile apps to plan the best routes and adhere to time schedules.
- Vehicle Care: Keep your vehicle clean and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery logs and inspection reports.
- Problem Solving: Handle delivery exceptions or route changes with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Technology: Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and app-based tasks.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a reliable mode of transportation.
