Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport packages to designated addresses efficiently and safely.
- Verify delivery addresses and collect signatures upon successful delivery.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any delivery issues.
- Update delivery status using the company mobile application in real-time.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Manage time effectively to meet strict delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Current auto insurance and vehicle registration.
- Reliable smartphone with data capabilities (Android or iOS).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of GPS navigation systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
