Responsibilities
- Transport packages and documents to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures upon completion.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Manage time efficiently to meet daily delivery targets and schedules.
- Handle cash or digital payments accurately and process them according to company policy.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delays or issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle suitable for commercial delivery.
- Access to a smartphone with data connectivity.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.
- Basic knowledge of local Long Beach streets and traffic patterns.
