Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Ensure the safe loading, unloading, and handling of all cargo.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
- Utilize mobile technology to track delivery status and update logs.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Manage fuel and vehicle maintenance costs responsibly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- A valid California Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- A reliable smartphone (Android or iPhone) equipped with data/internet access.
- The ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English reading and communication skills for navigation and customer interaction.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle (or willingness to use our fleet).
- A valid DOT medical card (if applicable for the specific vehicle type).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
