Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner, adhering to all traffic laws.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers, including accepting signatures and handling returns.
- Use a smartphone or handheld device to navigate routes and update delivery status in real-time.
- Assist in loading and unloading packages, ensuring items are handled with care.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Reliable smartphone with data capabilities for navigation and dispatch updates.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
