Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in Long Beach.
- Provide excellent customer service by adhering to delivery protocols and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Inspect vehicles daily for cleanliness and mechanical issues; report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring items are handled with care and secured properly.
- Obey all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure a secure delivery environment.
- Update delivery status through the mobile app in real-time to keep customers informed.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with smartphone apps for navigation and delivery tracking.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
