Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Verify delivery accuracy through scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized vehicles and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation software for maximum efficiency
- Handle cash transactions and process returns when necessary
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Customer service experience preferred
- No DUI convictions in the past 5 years
- Pass background check and drug screening
