Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Kansas City metro area.
- Perform thorough quality checks on packages to ensure they are intact before delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including friendly interactions and handling inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Utilize mobile technology to track routes, update delivery statuses, and communicate with dispatch.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure a secure driving record.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and delivery apps.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
