Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and merchandise to customers within Miami-Dade County
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our GPS-enabled tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance to ensure operational safety
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet time commitments
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
