Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to designated residential and commercial addresses.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Obey all traffic laws, traffic signals, and safety regulations while driving.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor during deliveries.
- Accurately complete delivery logs, receipts, and paperwork.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Handle package handling with care to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems and map reading.
- Reliable personal transportation to and from the distribution center.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
