Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in the assigned territory.
- Verify the contents of packages before loading and upon delivery.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Collect payments or process returns as required by the order.
- Update the delivery status in the company's tracking system immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
