Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload merchandise, ensuring proper handling and protection of goods.
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve any delivery issues efficiently.
- Update delivery status in the mobile app in real-time.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle interior and exterior.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency for navigation and reporting.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
