Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout Sacramento and surrounding regions.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and handling any delivery exceptions professionally.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Update delivery status via mobile application and handle cash/card payments when required.
- Manage package handling with care to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- No prior driving experience required; we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Valid California Class C Driverβs License with a clean driving record.
- Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle (sedan or larger) in good mechanical condition.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong ability to navigate using GPS and smartphone applications.
- Must be physically able to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
