Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Verify delivery addresses and maintain accurate logs of daily activities and mileage.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Handle cash or digital payments accurately when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to the warehouse.
- Basic understanding of GPS and navigation apps.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
