Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and parcels to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every route.
- Interact with customers in a polite, courteous, and professional way, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is clean and in good working order.
- Accurately complete delivery logs, receipts, and other required documentation.
- Maintain a high level of organization for parcels and ensure efficient route planning.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no DUI or reckless driving violations).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Smartphone with data capabilities for navigation and app-based operations.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs or uneven terrain.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and change if applicable.
