Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to residential and commercial addresses in the Virginia Beach area.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and secure placement to prevent damage.
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain signatures where required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B or equivalent experience.
- Clean driving record with no major violations or DUIs.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable vehicle access (if applicable) and proof of insurance.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries and managing digital paperwork.
