Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Phoenix metro area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure accident-free driving.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and handling package handling with care.
- Manage time effectively to meet strict delivery time windows and route efficiency goals.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Sort and organize packages efficiently to prepare for the next delivery day.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for route management and navigation.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with GPS applications.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.) as required.
