Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure all items are accounted for before handing over to the customer.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the delivery vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company protocols strictly.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
- Log all deliveries accurately in the mobile application.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) and a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable vehicle (sedan, van, or SUV) and a smartphone.
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
