Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, presentable vehicle and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is road-ready.
- Interact with customers in a polite and helpful manner, handling packages with care.
- Ensure all delivery paperwork, such as logs and receipts, is completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety.
- Resolve any delivery issues or customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License required.
- Able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer literacy for logging delivery data.
