Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to designated residential and commercial addresses within New York City.
- Ensure all items are handled with care and arrive in perfect condition.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers upon delivery.
- Utilize mobile applications for navigation, route planning, and delivery updates.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws, parking regulations, and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle (car, van, or scooter) suitable for city driving.
- Smartphone capable of downloading and using navigation apps.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional appearance.
