Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures for all deliveries.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, organized, and fuel-efficient.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients during each stop.
- Navigate local routes using GPS and mapping software to ensure timely deliveries.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of the Cleveland, OH area or willingness to learn routes quickly.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
